Prior to launching JWPM Consulting in 1993, Justin was Group Manager Marketing for ATCO Industries, a prefabricated building manufacturer supplying workforce accommodation for resource companies and for international organisations including the United Nations.
Prior to ATCO Justin worked in a variety of Advertising and Marketing roles including Advertising and Marketing Manager for the Adelaide Casino and Account Manager Cato Johnson (the sales promotion arm of Young & Rubicam).
Over 30 years Justin has delivered consulting projects to engineering firms, component suppliers, State and Local Governments, manufacturers, services companies and contractors working at board level or advising management.
Justin’s core strength is understanding technology across a wide range of disciplines and industries combined with extensive experience with business to business (b2b) sales, marketing, business structures and operations.
In 2007, Justin launched a Telecommunications start-up called Red Button Technologies, a critical comms system aimed at the personal emergency alert market. The company secured a Federal Government Grant, and $500,000 in venture capital from a Melbourne based IT company. The company secured both Australian and US patents for its core technology.
