Justin Wearne

Prior to launching JWPM Consulting in 1993, Justin was Group Manager Marketing for ATCO Industries, a prefabricated building manufacturer supplying workforce accommodation for resource companies and for international organizations including the United Nations.
Prior to ATCO Justin worked in a variety of Advertising and Marketing roles including Advertising and Marketing Manager for the Adelaide Casino and Account Manager Cato Johnson (the sales promotion arm of Young & Rubicam).
Since 1993 Justin has delivered consulting projects to engineering firms, component suppliers, technology companies, manufacturers, services companies and contractors working at board level or advising management.
Justin’s core strength is understanding technology across a wide range of disciplines and industries combined with extensive experience with business to business (b2b) sales, marketing, business structures and operations.
In 2007, Justin launched a Telecommunications start-up called Red Button Technologies, a critical comms system aimed at the personal emergency alert market. The company secured a Federal Government Grant, and $500,000 in venture capital from a Melbourne based IT company. The company secured both Australian and US patents for its core technology.
Steve Gross

Born and bred in Philadelphia USA, Steve is a unique combination of IT professional and marketer. Steve brings to JWPM extensive international experience in the latest digital marketing techniques having managed a team of 15+ marketing specialists creating and executing Direct Mail, Email, Social Media, SEO/SEM, Text Message and Pay-Per-Click campaigns for small and mid-sized businesses.
He is an experienced web developer with SQL Server database skills. He has worked as a Marketing Operations Manager, IT Manager and worked in aftermarket performance automotive parts and servicing. He has a BA Majoring in Psychology and is Google Adwords Certified.
Steve brings a range of digital & direct marketing specialist skills to JWPM including; In-depth knowledge of Email marketing systems & custom HTML email design, HTML5 responsive web design across all devices, animated digital ads, integration of analytics packages, skilled user of Social Media Platforms for B2B and B2C marketing purposes, digital event management, Google Adwords campaigns & ad design, graphic design for web & print, direct mail campaigns, branding, stationary, marketing collateral design and layout.
Steve has worked with many large clients such as AAA America, NAPA Automotive, Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone, ATI, Sysco Foods, Epsilon, CokeSolutions, Elite Worldwide, RestaurantOwner.com, and many small to mid sized businesses in the US, Australia, Europe and Canada.
